  2. Great question! You are correct. KPs would be more consistent with phacoantigenic glaucoma than phacolytic glaucoma, however, contrary to what I've read in BCSC, KPs can occur in phacolytic glaucoma cases! Thanks for pointing this out, and I've adjusted the question stem to be more accurate.
